I booked a double room with a large bed, but upon check-in, my manager was placed in a single room with a short bed, a room measuring 15 square meters. But the price was taken as for large apartments. The staff ignored my request to resolve the situation. They did not return the difference either. And the room was not changed either.

The hotel was easy to find and there was enough parking space, free of charge. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Bed was excellent, I slept very well. Bathroom and shower very good. I like the style with the huge backlit painting / poster with horses. The room looked like newly renovated; I found it pretty perfect. I had dinner in the hotel's restaurant and that was very good as well. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good and check-out was quick and efficient.

It was so bad, the reception was so rude,unhelpful, we demanded a refund and drove to Augsburg and stayed at an excellent B&B hotel. Excellent facilities and very helpful staff with my disabled wife.
