The staff were amazing and helpful beyond imagination. The hotel is clean and friendly, the team couldn't be more helpful, they got us out of a predicament that could have completely ruined our holiday.

Personnel was extreme friendly and service oriented: although they normally do not offer such service we could do our laundry (a big thing if your are cyclists on a multiday trek), we could park our bikes inside (again not what they generally do), offered us a bike pump, breakfast was great, candy on the pillow etc etc
