Very quiet and away from all the noise of the city. It was nice to be out in the countryside. The rooms were big and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good.

Had a wonderful stay at this Hotel. Loved the breakfast buffet and as well the quiet setting in the rolling hills of northern Brandenburg state, very beautiful especially in the late spring season when everything is green and the fields are in bloom.

Fantastic place to stay in Prenzlau. Beautiful room and very friendly staff. I had a problem with my bike and the one of the staff got me in contact with a bike repair shop, Rad the Stadt Fahrradcenter Prenzlau. The manager of the shop picked up my bike and me and drove to the shop. They fixed my bike and offered me a cup of coffee while waiting. Then drove me back to the hotel. Thank you all for the help! It really saved my trip on the Radfernweg Berlin-Usedom.
