The room is a bit old but still tidy enough. No AC in the room so in the night it could be a bit cold. The only annoying facility during our living is that there is always strange noise in the bathroom during the night.

This is a clean and comfortable hotel outside of the city center. We loved how helpful the owner/host of hotel was in helping us get oriented to the city. We loved our breakfast, and we appreciated that the train station was only a 5 minute drive away.
Finally, I loved that I could easily park my car outside in a nice and safe lot!

Staff helpful & pleasant. Room was good, clean and met all of our needs. Restaurant was very good as well as provided breakfast. Very nice country village setting.
A new hotel, good for drivers. The motorway is in the immediate vicinity.
I can't say about the public transport connection to downtown München.
Parking space available at €5/night.
However the number of parking spots is limited.
A bakery, a McDonald and a peteol station are just in the immediate vicinity.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Same for the shower.

Olching is close to Munich (around 20 minutes by train). M1 family ticket is 18 euro and you can go to Munich and in Munich by all transport ways.
The hotel is in a quite place with very good rooms and breakfast facilities at affordable rates. It’s far from city who wants to enjoy the outskirts of Munich and even connect the city via the closest bus stop to the hotel via multiple connections. Also has a Rewe centre at a walkable distance from hotel for quick shopping needs. Overall it was a great stay for us as family.
Check-in, check-out went fully online, keyless door opening was secured online and easy.
Building, restaurant, reception, lobby, kitchen, room, bathroom were all clean, no issue.
Food & drinks options were rich.

The location was in a nice neighborhood, very quiet and close to the highway (30 min drive to the center of Munchen). Love the patio and the fact that they have easy access with low prices on the vending machine.
