Nordenham is somewhat out of the way of any tourism activity. However, it is quiet, surrounded by a lot of farmland and water. The Blexen - Bremerhaven ferry connection is about 20 minutes away, and reasonably priced. So if someone wanted to visit Bremerhaven or the surrounding area Nordenham would be s great place to stay.
Everything was just so splendid the 2 nights we spent there. The staff are so pleasant, the room itself is so well organized. The breakfast buffet held so many delightful surprises from the honeycomb, to the crumpet making machine, homemade jams, 3 different types of egg on offer, bacon galore. Rolls, breads, croissants, cheeses, cold meats, fruits, cereals and yoghurts. A very comfortable and clean hotel. Our little dog enjoyed her stay to.
Very clean hotel, staff very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The bar and restaurant are good and very popular with the residents of Nordenham. Underground carpark (for a fee) under the hotel with a lift to all floors is very useful.
The breakfast was excellent, especially for the price. The room was very comfortable and quite. The hotel is in a great area to walk around by the river and is near plenty of restaurants.
I can't say enough. The property, friendly staff, very clean room and hotel, and breakfast area are among the best I have stayed in while visiting europe.
