Exceptional restaurant service for both breakfast and dinner, staff extremely attentive, even remembered personal preferences after one or two days. Great spa facilities for hotel size. Extremely comfortable beds, quiet rooms, even at peak capacity. We had help with luggage, we didn't even need to ask for assistance, a very helpful staff member came with a trolley to our car immediately. Not only do they offer turndown service, we spent our Christmas there and found well seleced Christmas presents in our rooms!

Hotel limousine transport from the airport and the following day to the railway station. The exceptional staff in all areas that we met and looked after us. The comfort of the room and bed. The peace and quiet of the hotel and its surroundings.
Exquisite hotel and stay from start to finish. Staff was personable, spoke great English, and especially enjoyed the turndown service. Breakfast had several options to choose from and weather was nice enough to enjoy eating on the patio.
Everything really except the choices in food and the quality of the food in the restaurant inside the hotel itself.
The breakfast in the same restaurant however is AMAZING and the way the dinner in the evening SHOULD be.
the location is very nice but you need a car to reach there , Lux is just 5 min away ( by car) from hotel .

The residence was in a quite place with very nice view from the house. The staff really friendly and professional, they treat you very well. The entire hotel was clean and luxurious.
The hotel in general, the room and the swimming pool areas were really nice
