Waterfront area is hyped as a great place to hang out but wasn't really much. The Altstadt is unremarkable. Walked down the main pedestrian street in the evening and felt that it was now just a place for people to ride scooters and hang out. Not very pleasant. Riding bikes to the train station in the morning---unbelievably badly marked. Would not plan to go back.

Mullheim is mostly a commuters town.
Mullheim is mostly a commuters town. It does not offer much by itself. Our primary reason to stay here was to save money but it turned out it wasn't exactly cheap to say the least. You also need to realise that on Sundays almost everything is closed.

It's a quiet town so don't expect pumping night life.
It's a quiet town so don't expect pumping night life. You can walk about safely and the locals are very friendly. There is a good mix of food options and services. A car is needed for easy connections to other parts of Germany.

Two beautiful historic buildings renovated into one hotel. The hotel is quite small and therefore cozy, combining tradition and luxury in furnishing and overall approach. One can notice a slight musty smell in the corridor reminding the age of the building, while the room is perfectly clean, light and fresh. Tasty breakfast in winter garden is a good start of the day.
The hotel is near the city center however common city noise (cars and trams), neighbours' footsteps and showering are in acceptable level.
Spacious, bright, modern room. Bathroom good, internet working well. Hotel looks from outside a bit run-down but all is modern. TV working well. Nothing to complain.
No breakfast but a nearby bakery offers good breakfast sets.
Good value for money if guests don't mind to stay outside the city center.
I traveled by train, the hotel is far from any bus station or train station the only possible is to walk or via car, since I came by train I walked a lot.
On the other side, it was a very quiet, very calm, beautiful part of town with small houses and nature. Breakfast was great!.

Very nice hotel in a calm part of the city. Big room, good breakfast and good location. Also guests can use fitness room and sauna (it was cost 10 euro, but you can use it privately without limitation of time).
A good hotel with am excellent breakfast, very friendly staff, comfortable room and a good location. The underground garage was also practical. It was nice to sit at the bar in the evening and enjoy a drink.

The hotel is somewhat old fashion and has some 80's look and feeling. But the rooms are extremely clean with good beds and the host is very nice and helpfull. Great breakfast and dinner (German kitchen)
The quietest hotel I’ve ever been to. Good night sleep guaranteed. Family room with already made sofa bed. We were 2 adults + 2 kids and had plenty of room. Very forthcoming staff.
