The location is at the center of town and very easy to access when coming from far, the carpark is very close. The extra price for the carpark was cheap in comparison with some other hotels.

Great location for visiting Trier. An old quirky hotel but a very nice place to stay. Good restaurant, great food. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Mesenich is a pleasant village in the Sauertal. There are good walks along the valley and up the valley sides. The only drawback is that there was only one restaurant (at the hotel where I stayed), so when the restaurant closed on Monday evening I had to drive to find somewhere to eat.
