On arrival, friendly staff kindly allowed us to access our room early and also permitted a late checkout to better suit our departing flights. The free glass of "Bubbles", at the reception counter, was a lovely welcome back to the hotel each evening.

A nice stay, well located, in the center of Mannheim. We had the top room with a balcony and that was really nice! The room was very comfortable and big, the bed was excellent. The shower was ok but tight. The breakfast really crowded!! The offer a parking place for your car for 10 EU the night. The stuff was nice!
