Loved this hotel! What a great find in Ingelheim. We were staying here because we were attending a motorbike rally across the river in Rudesheim. This really is a family run hotel with a very real family feel, and they have a way of making you feel a part of the family. Tino, the son of the owner, but we were told the 'boss', was very helpful, nothing was too much trouble from giving us directions to the ferry, recommending local places to eat and providing us with milk for our English cuppa! The room was clean, the bed extremely comfortable, the little balcony lovely to sit on in the evening sunshine with a glass of wine and the room had a kettle! The hotel has a sauna (although we didn't use it) and a fridge stocked with a variety of drinks. Parking is ample and free. Tino even gave us the use of a water hose to wash our very dirty motorbike. There is a family run restaurant across from the hotel, very popular with the locals, booking is recommended. The food is a celebration of German cuisine, and very tasty. The restaurant is tastefully decorated and has a great ambiance, our server spoke great English so choosing from the menu wasn't an issue. My favourite part was breakfast! Served in a bright, airy, clean breakfast room with servers to help with drinks and choices. Continental style, self -serve breakfast with lots of choice from fruit, yoghurt, cereals, cold meats and cheese, smoked salmon, lovely breads and waffles and good coffee. We were here for four nights and would have been happy to stay longer.

Trying to gain a receipt from this hotel is very difficult. I have contacted the reception multiple times by phone and by email and had no response. If booking for business make sure you get a receipt upon payment at the hotel!!

The view was lovely (not from our room itself but from the front of the premises). There was also a tower that we could climb (for free) which had an awesome view.
The lady working there was helpful even though her English was limited. We communicated our needs through Google translate.
They stay was good for 1 night - I wouldn't stay for more than 1 night though.

The location of the hotel made it impossible to have a good look around and we were quite far from the Rhine. I would not stay for more than one night - use the hotel merely as a place to sleep en route...

Friendly staff, clean and spacious room (there were also slippers provided!), comfortable bed, quiet surroundings. Broad choice of breakfast (they ask what kind of egg you would like - but should mention specifically if you want your egg cooked hard), easy to park by the hotel for free. Wifi worked fine. The restaurant next to the hotel (another building) served great food and selection of wine from the region (and outside) that can be ordered by the glass.
The location was further than anticipated. From Google maps it was either 1.5km or 5 km from Ingleheim city center. There was no train or bus. There is a very nice footpath through the vineyards. From the train station to to the hotel is 3.25km. Uphill to the hotel. I was at a very anxiety ridden conference and the walk was hugely appreciated.

The location of the hotel is really nice. There is the Tiger zoo, the view of the rhine valley is really superb. In addition, the Bismarckturm is just next to the hotel, with another superb view from the top. The room was good, I like especially the terrasse outside with a table and two chairs, to enjoy the scenerie.

It was clean hotel and the bed was comfortable. The room was big enough for 2 adults. Breakfast was on 4th floor it was nice too. We stayed over the weekend and parking was free in Kreisverwaltung which is the opposite of the hotel.

Quite kind, as we arrived late and they were forgiving. Restaurant took us even though we missed our reservation. Food was excellent. The hotel is in the country, close to the bike trail. Clean, comfortable, a delight!

Very clean and modern place with good value. Nice breakfast. Very good location directly beside the A60 and very close to Mainz and Ingelheim. Enough free parking available right in front of the hotel.
Perfect complete breakfast, nice new clean room with a private shower and enough clean towels, good beds, clean sanitair in the toilets. No nuisance in the room from the highway passing the hotel.
It's a small hotel just near the highway, but it keeps very high standards for cleaniness, amenities and comfort! The delicious breakfast buffet with regional items was a great plus.
