Great hotel. Possibly the nicest of my trip. Near all the shops. It had air conditioning, it was very modern, clean, and had everything I needed.

very easy checkin and check out ! location was perfect. bakery and small restaurants right in front of hotel. there were grocery stores down the street.
hotel room had everything we needed to cook and to feel comfortable. very clean ! bed very comfortable! very spacious! it was more than enough space for family of 3 . we were very happy with our stay and will be booking again for our next trip!
Tip: if your coming in the summer make sure to bring your own fan because rooms don’t have ac .
The hotel has enough parking spaces and it is very convenient that you can check-in the hotel also after the reception is closed (with the digital code to receive your key from the locker-box outside). Also the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Nice hotel just in the centre of Heinsberg with modern rooms. We stayed in one quite comfortable with a large double bed and a big bathroom. Check in was smooth with no need to visit a person in the reception. Every day cleaning was a great.
All in all, we were very pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Everything was clean and tidy. There were even air purifiers installed and active in the public spaces. If necessary, you could have turned on the air conditioning in the room.
