Hotel located on a quiet street. Good breakfast included in the room rate. Excellent hosts, we announced our late arrival - 21:30 - and we were surprised to learn reception staff made a reservation at a cosy pizzeria nearby. All in all a good experience.

Well, unfortunately the event we went to Hanau was cancelled and we had to leave earlier. I inquired whether we could get reimbursed for the extra 3 nights, but they couldn't do it because we went through booking. They sounded like that they would have done so, if the booking was done directly through the hotel. They suggested to that I revert to booking.com, but I appreciated the effort and kindness on their part.

Great for a short Weekend trip, Museum at Schlossphilippsruhe ideal for Kids. Great for picknicing on the Main river. Wilhelmsbad worth a visit espescially when the Carousel is running.. Staff 10/10. When you are on a business trip it is really easy to make you feel comfortable and cared for. It seems that they have understood the Bible of a hotel and how to manage. I simple loved the young staff trying the best to be kind and solving anything really quick.
I admire the resilience that two people of the staff had when I observe a bunch of Spanish people being rude and hostile because they were making fun out of the way they speak English...
Great breakfast, buffet style taken in the main hotel. Large room, basic but adequate. There are stairs no lift. This is an annex above a steak house - you need to go around the corner to the main hotel, which has a seated statue of one of the Grimm Brothers outside, to collect your key, Very near the bus station, market and town centre. Hanau has a direct S-Bahn line to the airport and is a major rail hub so good public transport.

The rooms are cleaned daily, which is not practice in many hotels since the start of Covid19.
Breakfast was not available on site, but there are many alternatives within 500 m distance.
The hotel has only one lift. If this breaks down, it is difficult for guests which require a lift.
Great location in the town centre and the best of the central hotels (most others are a bit seedy and smell of cigarette smoke). Everything you need for a simple stay. Plug socket by the bed. Good breakfast. Late check in is never a problem. Price is reasonable (unless there's a Messe in Frankfurt, then all hotels are crazy)

Always helpful, very pleasant to talk with, as a English guy in Germany with very poor language skills their efforts were appreciated.
Although a little tucked away within a few minutes drive there was everything from fast food, supermarkets and motorway links.
Staff were lovely. Breakfast wasn't included so we paid ourselves with non guests and it was worth the cost and there was a great choice. Hotel right beside a lovely old village which we enjoyed wandering around with plenty of options for food/drink.
It was a very basic hotel that was in the inner city of Hanau and convenient to everything we wanted to see. It was quiet and clean. They gave us bottled water. The Parkhaus was right across the street. The cost was very reasonable.

Hotel is new so everything is nice and clean. Room is spacious and quiet. You can watch Netflix on tv. Check-in is easy, got very clear instructions by the staff on whstsapp.
