The room was big enough for me and my daughter. The windows offered a view of the main station and the direction of the riverside. The hotel was located within walking distance of the main station. It was also close enough for the other city attractions to be reached by foot.
We did not opt for breakfast, so I would not be able to say anything on this.
The staff were very helpful and kept my luggage at the reception after check out while we explored the city attractions before we took our train out of Hamburg after 10pm.

We were there to visit friends but we had a couple of days where we went into the city of Hamburg and enjoyed all the sites the weather wasn’t very kind to us while we were there but we enjoyed it hamburg itself I found to be a little expensive just to have coffee and cake in a restaurant cost me €22 which I thought was a little expensive But I would return again

Bad. It is rather expensive city. Old appearance was seriously damaged after the WWII, so the city doesn't look like holistic structure. The weather is very changeable.
Good. There are a lot of interesting (thematic) playgrounds. Haven city is actively developing district and if you fond of contemporary architecture you should see it. The ducks on the inner alster are very cheeky, so it was a lot of fun to feed them. The old metro on elevated tracks is quite interesting.

Lovely having a relaxing walk along the harbour front in the sunshine during a very warm couple of days in May,
Mega easy to get around using the S-Bahn and U-Bahn.
The friendliest staff in the whole Germany -I know, I travel a lot-, I even got a fresh coffee for the road after checkout. Receptionists were all highly professional and polite, even the "breakfast lady" was very friendly.

I found it to be a great option, giving the chance to save on hotel room. It was very convenient - even the room without bathroom.
Comfortable rooms with thoughtful touches like charging ports in the bedside lamps. The hotel offers 4 and 5 bed rooms, which are really helpful for a family (and seem to be rare in Germany). The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty, although could get crowded during peak school group times. Fortunately there was a schedule posted in the lobby, so it was easy to figure out when the school groups would be eating and avoid them.
The Atlantic Hotel in Hamburg is a great choice. Wonderful location in front of the lake but also walking distance from the central train station. Rooms are beautiful and the breakfast was amazing. What made the difference was the young staff: high customer orientation and always willing to help and find solutions to our requests. We strongly recommend this hotel for anyone who would like to have a memorable experience in Hamburg.
This is a great beautiful apartment right in the historical city centre of Hamburg - despite proximity to restaurants and tourist areas, it is very quiet though, as large windows face a quiet inner yard. The kitchen is large enough and the nearest supermarket is 10-15 min away. There are multiple cafes and bakeries around, and the Elbphilarmonie is just 10 min walk!
This might be the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in! Wow! The vibe and atmosphere was great, there was a band and music in the bar towards the weekend. I was WFH during the week and it was suitable to take calls. The rooms were spacious. You could easily walk to the city centre and it was right next to the bus and train station.
The location was excellent, a short walk from the train station. Staff went above and beyond in terms of customer service. I did not have the breakfast so cannot comment on that but others said it was very good. Based on my two nights there, I would definitely stay at this hotel again on future trips to Hamburg.
In a good location with walking distance to main sites in Hamburg. Friendly staff and bonus Privat parking ( paid 15 euros a day) considering location that was good. Nice room and clean. Compare to other hotels the price was worth it. Especially compared to the cheaper hotels near by.
The hotel is not in the city centre of Hamburg however very close to the metro/undergound (200 mtrs.) that will take you in less then 10 minutes to the city centre. The hotel itself has nice quiet rooms with comfortable beds and the breakfast is outstanding!
There are only two positives about this hotel - the friendly and cheerful manager/receptionist and its close proximity to Hamburg's Central Railway Station, the Central Bus Station and the city centre.
