It was a city we traveled to to relax and get away from the chaos. I think we achieved our goal. It was really peaceful and we had a nice time walking around the city. There were not many but good quality museums and event venues. Will we come again? Yes of course!

We were there to visit friends but we had a couple of days where we went into the city of Hamburg and enjoyed all the sites the weather wasn’t very kind to us while we were there but we enjoyed it hamburg itself I found to be a little expensive just to have coffee and cake in a restaurant cost me €22 which I thought was a little expensive But I would return again
It's a reliable and pretty basic hotel in Hamburg. One stop away from the central station, with direct trains to/from the airport and city centre.
Breakfast was an "experience", i.e. if you order a deli slice for your bread, they will literally only give you one small deli slice unless you specifically ask for more, but otherwise it was okay. Room got cleaned everyday, location is very convenient, the bar staff was friendly :)
Very clean room and bathroom. The hotel was able to provide us with a kettle and teacups for us to use throughout our stay, which transformed our experience for the better. The location was perfect- right in the centre of Hamburg's tourist area, near shops, supermarkets, the lake, restaurants, etc. Our room was at the back, overlooking a parking lot, so very quiet except for when restaurants threw out bottles occasionally.
Hotel and service are amazing, breakfast is legendary and most of all delicious and beautifully arranged. Bar is also great to have a nice drink after walking around the beautiful city of Hamburg. In terms of location great access to the subway and if you just want to wonder around it has perfect location a bit hidden from the city centre craziness but at the same tame you walk by and you're there:)
The best location one can have. The staff were very friendly and our questions were answered. The Internet was very good for my two hours meeting that l had. It's around 200 m from the train station but on a very frequented sleep. We had a good night and the breakfast was not so big but enough to start our day. Will definitely consider this hotel if l ever visit Hamburg again
Boutique style hotel with great design, perfectly located in Hafencity right next to Speicherstadt und with the city centre in walking distance. Big fan of Boilerman bar and Neni restaurant, both within the building. Super friendly staff, always happy to help. and of course „Stop the water while using“ cosmetics available in the rooms.
This might be the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in! Wow! The vibe and atmosphere was great, there was a band and music in the bar towards the weekend. I was WFH during the week and it was suitable to take calls. The rooms were spacious. You could easily walk to the city centre and it was right next to the bus and train station.

Ibis is a great location to city centre,lots of bars restaurants near by I didn’t have breakfast at Ibis.friendly staff and clean WiFi in room 24hrs free then pay a small fee after.
The location was excellent, a short walk from the train station. Staff went above and beyond in terms of customer service. I did not have the breakfast so cannot comment on that but others said it was very good. Based on my two nights there, I would definitely stay at this hotel again on future trips to Hamburg.
The pictures on the Booking site don't do justice to the property. It is in fact much better. Situated close to practically everywhere in the centre, but still in a quiet part, surrounded by parks and trees. I would definitely come back as this is now my favourite hotel in Hamburg. It has a soul and history.
A great place to stay at while exploring Hamburg. The room was pretty spacious, really comfortable and VERY clean. The hotel is not located super close to the city centre, but bus and S/U-bahn stations are nearby, so it is not a problem at all. The staff was also really friendly. I earnestly recommend it.
The hotel was perfect located 2 stops behind the central train station. The bus stop was just across the street and with the Hamburg Card you can get around Hamburg very easy and cheap (bus, subway and ferries). Good selection of complimentary drinks in the room (icetea, apple juice, water and coffee).
Being a chain hotel, the hotel was what I expected. Good and strict conformity with Covid protocols. It is free to park your car in the side streets close to the hotel.

Fantastic hotel is a great location! The old warehouses of Hamburg are a veritable feast of bars, restaurants, cafe's and museum's. Then a short walk over one of the many bridges, and you're quickly in Hamburg's main centre.
