This was my second visit to the hotel, so I knew what to expect: a very efficiently-run experience, friendly staff, a great Biergarten restaurant outside, a comfortable bed, effortless wifi, a superb and spotless shower, and even a complimentary bottle of the hotel's own excellent beer on arrival. The hotel is situated right on the edge of Goldach, with a REWE supermarket just a few yards away and other facilities close at hand. It's quiet, but the road outside leads directly to the Hallbergmoos S-Bahn station, just one stop down from the airport. There are buses between Goldach and the station, two kilometres away, but I've walked it twice now; it's a nice stroll if you don't have a lot of luggage.

We spent one night here prior to a morning flight. I chose the hotel based on the fact that they had breakfast and airport shuttle. They were not included in the price of the room which surprised me. Getting to the hotel from downtown Munich required a ride on both the metro train and the bus. It's not within walking distance of the metro without catching the bus. The hotel was new, clean and modern. The best part was the little Italian restaurant across the street.

Easy to get by shuttle to and from the airport, the fee for it is 9Euro per ride.
Quiet, clean rooms but small in size.
Perfect for an overnight stay before an early morning flight.

The village itself has nothing special to offer, but its proximity to the airport or being on the way between munich and other places like Landshut. If you don't want a hotel in the centeer, but well connected, this could be a good decission. You can also find bakeries and other business typical of a neighborhood around.

I do not recommend for foreign visitors who get late to the propriety because of delay in landing to take a car and try to come to this propriety
It is far from the airport and very dark at night
We did not find xomeone at the reception desk and had to call but we did not have a local sim yet
Finally the room was at the second floor without elevator and could not bring the laguage and also the warm water and the cold water is a problem when you take a shower

Hallbergmoos is a small town which seems to have become a breeding ground for hotels since the opening of the airport some years ago. It doesn't seem to have a lot of individual character; the land is very flat, it's a commuter town for Munich, and in the autumn can be foggy and unwelcoming. But it's fine for a stopover on your way to the airport. It's still semi-rural, and the Hallbergmoos S-Bahn station is 2.2 km out of town.

Really friendly employees all the way around. Spent an extra night and was very comfortable in my room. FYI the part of the hotel across from the original has an elevator. Food was delicious- I had the Kaesespaetzle two nights in a row. It is the perfect hotel to book before your flight! The shuttle driver was friendly and efficient. This is my 3rd time staying there and I have recommended it to friends, who were also pleased.
Modern little hotel near the Munich airport, very convenient to catch a morning flight. Small rooms but with all the modern amenities one would need, including wireless charging and floor heating in the bathroom, very much appreciated.

Easy to get to it by public transport. It also has a generous parking lot, but we left for one month so we left the car home.
The hotel is ideal for taking next day's flight...about 5-6 minutes by car is Munich airport. Very nice room and bathroom.
I would prefer to have an updated hair dryer in the room☺, the biergarten of the hotel has excellent food but overcharged i believe, the menu could have more choices too...but all in all the stay is very good at the specific hotel.
We chose this hotel because of the closeness to Munich Airport and the shuttle to airport. The breakfast was nice. The downside is it is farther from places to eat, about a 20 minute walk, than we anticipated. Not much to do if you arrive early in the day. The staff was very nice and helped us out with our proof of Covid test for our return.
We were looking for a nice but inexpensive hotel near the Munich airport for a short overnight stay due to an overnight layover. This place was very affordable, clean and close to the airport. Also very unique, interesting decor. Looks like a new hotel.
