We stayed in apartment nr 15, facing the parking lot. It's quiet and not many cars arrive / leave.
The space was clean and had everything we needed. For more than three people the sofa and armchair wouldn't be enough cozy seating.
The matrass were quite hard, which i love.
Many ppl reported mosquitos. We saw one? For us it was vacation from all the mosquitoes in Brandenburg 😁
Yes, there is not much around but you can see that already when you check it on Google maps, we prefer the quiet.

Excellent value for money. The rooms is really nice and clean! (What is pretty hard to find). Great comfort bed with good matrass. The owners have thoight about everything and did a good job decorating.
The apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything you need. The location is nice and only a few minutes walk from the little center in Friedrichskoog Spitze. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return if our travels bring us to this area again.
