This hotel is quintessential German in the best way possible. Lovely location in a cute little town, a very friendly host, great breakfast, absolute spotless bathroom and crisp, clean linen. There was a fridge where you could get cold beverages at very reasonable prices and our family room had a terrace next to it, very nice!
Hostess of the hotel are very accommodating and friendly. It was a pleasure that I have stayed at this hotel. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place, the drive scenic is so beautiful on the way to the Military Base. Great breakfast as well. Exceptionally well managed clean little hotel in the heart of Frankonian Switzerland! We enjoyed our stay very much, there were absolutely no downsides. All top amusements and sights of the region are within 20 minutes drive. Betzenstein town itself is also a nice place to spend few hours.
We stopped here one night on our way to a vacation where we stayed in 3 different other hotels (4 stars)and this one turned out to be better than all of them!.
We will definitely stay here again when we travel in this direction!
