Staff / direction very friendly and welcoming. Helped carrying luggage to room (2 stairs), we have not seen such kind service for a very long time. Got a dinner table although we did not reserve. Excellent dinner, friendly service, Breakfast also very good. Location is excellent, very quiet. We'll be back !

To the train station 5 minutes away - the train to the center of Hamburg takes 30-40 minutes. By car the same amount. Good breakfast and coffee. Friendly staff.
