The location fit well to the Ansbach old-city (Altstadt) festival. All we really needed was a bed and that we did get. That was pretty much all. Towels were clean. Shower decent.

The hotel was located in downtown area, with easy access to stores and restaurants. The restaurant on the premises was excellent. The owner was super friendly and helpful in ordering the perfect meal.
Ansbach is a magnificent city. As the governmental seat of Middle Franconia, and the city that we grew up in, there is very much to offer and see and explore. Definitively, if a person wishes to see Germany and Bavaria, one will be well satisfied to visit Ansbach.

was stationed there in early 1970s so first time back.
was stationed there in early 1970s so first time back. Not much had changed although nice to see many walk ways now paved or pavers rather than cobblestone thus making it easier for wheelchairs. The new mall is actually very nice and big with many food spots. even has a grocery type store. Ansbach has a nice romantic feel for it.

Small city but a great vibe and a lot of places to grab a bite to eat or a beer. Everything is usually open until 1800/1900. The city is fairly safe and quiet. Favorite places to eat include Wok, Akito, Max+Muh. The mall is very nice but kind of small but it is a small town. Many people walk places or bike.
Friendly staff. We were immediately greeted upon arrival for check-in with helpful information about parking and dining options. The room was spacious and clean. Parking was available onsite and was free. The location was very good, allowing us to walk easily into the downtown for dinner. Although the hotel was under partial renovation, the breakfast was included making the stay a very good value.
Perfect for a stayover during a car trip. Located in a small village just outside Ansbach, easy to reach from the highway, quiet surroundings so you get a good sleep, clean rooms. Good breakfast selection, some shops reachable by car within five minutes. I have stayed in this hotel repeatedly during my trips and I will stay again.
We stayed there for the 2nd time and the hotel has excellently served our needs. Not expensive, yet providing breakfast in the price. Exceptionally clean and providing “safe feeling”, which is important during the pandemic. Tasty meal in the restaurant. Good location for driving travelers. What more one can want.
A taste of Italy! Lovely hotel in all ways and the restaurant terrific. Beautiful presentation and delicious, We arrived by bicycle and they had a special place to park them in the basement. An elevator and luggage cart a huge plus! Wonderful staff. Very special place.
This is one of the quietest hotels we've stayed at. The decor is tasteful, plenty of natural wood and light. The room was exceedingly comfortable. Friendly staff, a great restaurant if you want an evening meal and plenty of choice at breakfast.
The owner/Manager was friendly and accomodating. He spoke English and very knowledgeable about events and happenings in Ansbach. We booked with breakfast included and it didn't disappoint. Location was perfect for access to the Altstadt.
The place was clean. But let me be honest with you. This hotel is absolutely overpriced. And the bed are so old very noisy.
My room door actually need to be fixe, cause it’s partially broken.
Anyway thank you for you hospitality.
Upon arrival, the staff was very welcoming, kind, and professional. The room was large and comfortable for 2 adults and 1 toddler. The room and bathroom were simple and clean and it was quiet. The Hotel is close to food and stores too.

Nice location. Very quiet in the middle of nature with a beautiful view of a valley.
A rustic but well run hotel. Good to relax after a long day at work. Interesting winding building with history.
Very nice and cozy family hotel, perfect to spend some time while visiting around. The breakfast was copious and delicious. Owners had recommendations and tips about the restaurants in the town.
The friendlness of the hotel personell made us feel welcome, while the hotels´s beautiful surrounding furnishings created a comfortable, interesting, historical atmosphere.
Owner very friendly, Breakfast was great, Simple but clean facilities, Location perfect: close to train station and city center; parking right in front of hotel
