A lovely cabin in a peaceful, rural setting. Really enjoyed sitting on the porch listening to and watching the birds. Kitchen is well-equipped to cook up some easy meals. Clean and comfortable, towels provided. The owner met us after some confusion of where to find the cabin, he was friendly and welcoming. No costs for our dog. You definitely need a car when coming here as it is rural. There is 1 pub/restaurant in the area and otherwise we went to restaurants in nearby city of Trebon. Worth mentioning are: restaurant called DaMartie, try the local delicacy of carp, super tasty and also The Curry House Indian restaurant had delicious Indian food.
Knowing some basic Czech would be handy to say hi to the neighbours as they did not know any English. Their dog got into our garden and it was quite difficult to get their attention to help. (This is of course circumstantial and may not happen to every guest).
Suggestions: provide a mosquito net at least for the bedroom. Help with completing the necessary police forms and guest book would have been useful.
