The location is great. The hotel is right on the river bank surrounded by trees. The room was very nice with a balcony and the beds were very comfortable. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Would happily stay there again.

It is one of more modern style spas (100 years old only) in the Czechia and easy to access by train from Prague. Great for cycling, because it is mostly flat land and routes available along the rivers. There also historical landmarks from the time before the spa. Nice park and 8 freely available mineral springs (April-October). You can take a boat ride as a full trip or only one-way (to Nymburk and get back by train or to the merge of rivers Elbe and Cidlina). It is good for small children too, there are some fine playgrounds, but only two are near the historical part, rest is in the north of the town (across the railway). Other interesting spots for a trip (by a car) are available from here (for example Kutná Hora).

I found very little of interest (the castle museum was closed). It's just an ordinary town with a nice square. I ate in the Trattoria where the waitress spoke good English and where they serve a decent pizza and good grappa.
Very good value for money. The room was big, quiet and clean. Bed comfy. Ok, the sofa was not clean, so I didn't touch it much, but that is also understandable. I didn't get breakfast, but I saw it and it looked ok. Receptionist and other staff were nice. Great communal spaces:: big kitchen, outside garden with chairs and tables, terrace. Also a renting bike services. The location is super, in front of the park and very quiet and safe.
The hotel is nicely located along the Colonnade near the train station but also offers garage parking underneath. Wellness facilities are located inside the hotel itself on the first and fourth floors. The pool, saunas and carbonated baths were excellent. The masseurs and bath attendants were friendly and helpful as were the rest of the staff. The breakfast bufet was also very good.
I love this location since my first stay in Podebrady last year. The staff here is absolutely wonderful (5-Star staff on a rank of 5 of 5) ✨ The breakfast is best in town, perfect for an athlete like myself. There is no other place quite like this one. I love it here! I will book again and again (whenever I can). 💝
Podebrady is a lovely little town. The hotel is well-situated on a park, has a nice restaurant, and there’s a good pub and solid bakery on either side. The staff, including the wait staff and receptionists, were kind and helpful. Overall, it was excellent.
