The apartment is gorgeous. Everything is new (kitchen, furniture, sanitary facilities). Very clean. The renovation is done with attention to detail. The building itself is old. But the reconstruction is amazing.
The apartments look better in person than on the photo.
Location: very quiet, right at the foot of the castle and the lake. The courtyard of the building is very interesting and beautiful.

The hotel is probably the best one in Prostejov, small provincial town, is an integral part of quite famous local tennis club and mostly dedicated for accommodation of tennis players and public. Rooms are spacious, clean and simply decorated. Contactless check-in/check-out, I have not seen a single employee at the the reception. Property is not a brand new and interiors seem to be outdated, but public areas and my room have been well maintained and quite clean.

Easy to find this property. Inhouse parking with 2 charging stations for electric cars. Close to main road, so you can see noise from cars in the room (a bit if windows are closed and a lot if windows are open), good breakfast and friendly staff.
