The room was dirty and had small towels and terrible beds you couldn't sleep on. It smelled like smoke and the bathroom smelled musty and wet- I had to air it out. My parents were supposed to stay here but it was in bad condition and I did not feel comfortable with them staying there. We had a reservation for 3 nights but didn't stay there for ANY night or time but they would not give me my money back even though I didn't stay in hotel.

Upon arrival room smelled beautifully and underfloor heating was turned on. Good size room for a short stay even for two people. Decor was new, looking sharp, all areas clean and bed comfortable. I appreciated a big table where I could work. Located close by car park with free parking after 6pm I guess
I had a remarkable stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located near the city center. Its proximity to the university and various attractions within walking distance made it an ideal choice for me. The staff members were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed. I would definitely choose this hotel again in the future, as it provided a perfect combination of an excellent location and exceptional service.
The hotel rooms are nice, cosy and clean, the bed was very comfortable. TV, good WiFi connection. The staff was very helpful and was making sure I have everything I need – when I said the only thing I was missing in the room was electric kettle to make a tea or coffee, I got one. :)
Hotel has an excellent restaurant. We had a lunch and dinner and meals were very delicious. Absolutely amazing are smoked ribs. Rooms are clean with comfy beds. Private parking on site.
