The castle and the labyrintaium are worth to visit. With kids (6y) it took us approximately 2,5 hours to visit all the labyrints and we stayed for a while in rope park as well. The garden is big. Ask at the information center or hotel reception for a plan of the park - you can complete tasks at each labyrinth and at the end get a surprise for your kid from the "flower fairy" :-) Piknik baskets available so also for families and couples to order in advance and enjoy nice lunch or snack at the park

The park with afternoon/night lights was amazing.
And we very much enjoyed the handcraft workshop on create your own Christmas "tree ball decoration", we were there several times, spent hours there in fact. That was the most exceptional thing I really loved and appreciated ❤️
Chateau Loucen was fantastic. We spent our honeymoon in the Thurn-Taxis apartment, which is in the historical part of the chateau. The room is very regal and luxurious, the bathroom was particularly grand with a free-standing bath. It was clean and had everything you could need from a hotel room.
The hotel has plenty to do, the restaurant is excellent, the whirlpool is very private and comfortable, and the grounds are filled with labyrinths and mazes.
Positive surprise. Small but cozy room. Nice maze garden at the chateau is included. Excellent à la carte restaurant, while most guests go for the cheaper buffet. Our impression: this hotel offers more than most guests demand. Due to its location near Parc Mirakulum, makes it seem like a kids hotel. Compliments to the staff who remain so welcoming and friendly.
Room had a good size, staff was very friendly and even helped with a sewing kit, breakfast as well as dinner buffet are very good with lots of choices and a really good quality of food. The price for the dinner was very reasonable. The castle park with all the labyrinths was really nice and is free of charge if you stay at the hotel.
Very nice hotel in great location! Room and pool area was clean, sauna proper hot. Breakfast was average, wish they refill some items more (fruits, vegetables, some desserts). In general, would definitely come back!
Great amenities, large rooms and spaces, castle like experience, very good breakfast. Visiting Loučeň and it's tours were a great experience especially kids enjoyed it tremendous. We'll surely come back again!
Room was well equipped. Water can and provided instant coffee and tea bags were nice gesture from the hotel. Breakfast was good and sufficient. Perfect place for families with children.
