Spacious room, there is a kettle and tea, a large bed. We were arriving late and needed somewhere to stay for one night. The hotel's check-in time was until 21:00, but despite this they were able to check us in later. It was nice because... in another hotel we were denied this.

It is exactly similar to what you see in the photos. The property was super clean and it felt like home. I definitely recommend to families with kids or just a staycation with some friends.
The host is very humble and helpful.

It was a very good location and it was not that far from the airport. It was 1-2min walk to the tram station. The apartment room that we book was big enough for us as a family. There was terace for us and the bed is also comfortable. The airconditioning system was good and it was very cool the whole time. Breakfast was already included in our booking and it was good and satisfying. The bar on the hotel was also good and there was this 1 filipino guy on the bar who served us so well and was very kind. 😊 And to the guy who attended to us when we arrive(Sailan?), He was so accomodating and he also let us check in 1hour earlier since our room was already ready. He gave us few briefings of what to do in Prague, all the possible transportations, tour packages and asked us if we have any other concerns.

This hotel has its own unique character and historic vibe, which makes staying there an experience in itself. While it is a bit farther from the old town, the public transport system is excellent and tram and bus stops are very close to the hotel. The rooftop bar offers gorgeous sunset views. The staff was beyond welcoming and helpful. I'd also suggest opting for the breakfast - it offered a nice variety of options.

Good range of hot and cold items for breakfast. Hotel is in a quiet, pleasant residential area. Close to the tram stop Drinopol. Easy to get to from the airport - catch frequent bus 191 to Vypich, then any tram from the same stop to Drinopol. All public transport in Prague is free for over 65s. The hotel reception staff had a reasonable grasp of English.

I opted to stay in Kněževes because of the proximity to the airport. However, it would have been much easier to get to the airport had I stayed in Prague near the 119 bus line, for example, that is much more frequent than the bus lines to Kněževes.
However, if you are renting a car and not relying on public transportation, perhaps Kněževes would be a better option.

This is excellent accommodation for someone that wants to be close to the airport for a great price! It is only 1.7km from Prague Airport, there is a bus coming every hour and takes you to the airport for 40CZK / person one way and the bus stop is right there in the front of "Knezeves". I stayed only for the night to be at the airport at 5am so this was perfect.
The check-in was very easy. I went to the Restaurant downstairs and there was a kind gentleman (Mr. Jiri) that helped me with my suitcase upstairs to the room and offered that if I miss my bus in the morning to call him and he will arrange my airport drop off. Wi-Fi reception is strong there so you can call Uber too, I took one from Prague Main Train station to the Penzion and it was around 200CZK so not bad at all.
My room was super clean, bed & sheets comfortable, bathroom clean and spacious with strong water pressure, everything was just perfect. There is a bar/restaurant downstairs that I am sure serves awesome Czech draft beer and tasty food but I didn't use it, I wasn't hungry and was quite tired.
I will definitely stay here again once back in Prague just because it's very affordable (other places are overpriced around the airport) and so close to the airport, the bus took only around 7-10 min to get to the airport.

Easily accessible place for people travelling by car. A lot of free parking. I can't judge the approximity of public transport (metro/bus), as I was with my car and had no need to visit Praha centre. But Praha offers enough parking accomodation, and Knezeves is close enough to Praha (10-15 km). Also don't be fooled by the proximity to the airport... You would think it's a noisy place, but that's absolutely not the case !!! Don't expect to find malls or lively entertainment centers there. Knezeves is a small community in the close proximity of Praha, with a very fine Penzion!!!
