We came over for just one night with our 3 year old and the stay was absolutely amazing. There was plenty to do in the hotel, so when it started raining we just jumped in the pool and went to the playroom. The breakfast was really nice and buffet dinner was really convenient. Loved it! We hope to visit again.

A gorgeous town in the mountains. Having stayed previously in different towns in Krkonose like Smrzovka, and Spindleruv Mlyn I can definitely say I prefer Harrachov. It's a great size, with nice restaurants and hotels, but remote enough for you to feel you are escaping the hustle and bustle of the cities and towns.
The nature around is beautiful, and the waterfalls, mountains and forests that engulf the town are perfect for leisurely walks and exploration.

It is low quality, expensive for czech and must be hell when it is high season or good weather as it is small for the volume of peole from cz, poland and germany visiting...I loved the waterfalls and nature and that is why I would go to the area never to stay in harrochov

I love Harrachov in both winter and summer and travel here regularly. The town is lovely, not overcrowded, offers good skiing opportunities as for this part of Europe (we ski in Rokytnice, but it's only 10mins drive) and great hiking hills. There is a fair number of restaurants there - if you're not vegetarian :) Being vegetarian myslelf, it's not always easy to find something reasonable and I usually rely on one of 2 places that I know. Pirces are reasonable and people are friendly.

Beautiful village, usually for skying season but just as wonderful on a summers day, the mountains near by are stunning and Mumlava Waterfalls only 3 I’m away, really peaceful. Plenty on restaurants and places to stay.
Wellness was amazing and was included in the price (from the 3 saunas one (the steam sauna) was out of order) ,
Dogs are allowed in the hotel,
There is a pool table and piano in the big common room (piano needs tuning though!)
Coffee was amazing! Real bean coffee at breakfast,
Breakfast included from 8-10 am,
The restaurant of the hotel offers wonderful and tasty meals,

We liked everything here. Many details that are not often seen at other places we found here and it made our stay at the hotel more comfortable than usual. Free parking places in the yard, nice forest view out of the window and balcony, clean, warm, comfortable rooms, nice WiFi and lots of tv services, tasty breakfast. And the sauna is a big bonus after skiing and walking around. Big thanks to the staff - we really enjoyed our vacation in Harrahov!
It was our first day of travel. After a long journey from Lithuania to the Czech Republic, it was especially nice to stay in this hotel, surrounded by nature and spectacular natural views. The room was small and basic, but it was cozy. Breakfast was tasty and just perfect before continuing the journey. Great and quiet place for those who want calm rest.
New, modern and very clean apartment in the center of Harrachov. It has everything what you need. Modern kitchen, coffee machine, two bed rooms and a comfortable living room. Big terrasse. The owner can speak german and he was very kind. When i have to travel again in this city, this apartment will be my first choice again. 10/10*
The hotel is situated on a quiet place (no noise from the street), yet with the town's center within easy walking distance. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The room we had was really quiet at night, considering that the hotel must have been full at that time. And the massage service provided by the hotel was excellent.
We were really impressed by the quality of food. Especially the dinner buffet was amazing. Broad selection, high quality. Very pleasantly surprised by the focus on healthy food. Also the playroom for kids and toddlers was greatly appreciated. And our 3yo toddler loved the leaving gift bag he received...very nice touch :)
Clarification: we've booked Union, but we were hosted in Pytloun Wellness Hotel right next to Union (I suspect they are from the same owner).
The place is sparking new, all the amenities were in very good shape, Very good soundproofing, and excellent breakfast. I definitely will stay there more in the future!
Small family run hotel. Great location, just outside the city center, by the lovely shimmering creek. Quiet, comfy rooms, great breakfast and really tasty home cooked dinner. Wellness was a huge plus! All the love for lovely owners! We will be back there in the summer for sure!
The lady at the reception was incredibly friendly. She also made sure we got our breakfast to-go, since we had to leave super early. We liked spacy rooms and very clean shared bathrooms. The hotel is few minutes walk away from the bus station.

The location is near to the bus station and close to the cross country ski trails. The host is nice and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. The hotel has a room for ski storage.
The hotel offers free charging for electric cars - there are 2 poles. It's CCS2 compatible, not just Tesla. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The food was very good.
