The apartment was renovated and it looked amazing. It was very spacious and clean, with all amenities someone needs when on vacation, and a very clean swimming pool. The area is very quiet and calm, with a very nice view from the balcony. The host, Romeo, is very polite and helpful. Overall it was an amazing stay!

We had a 2 night stay at this villa as a group of friends with children. It is huge with plenty of space. We all had our own bedroom with en suite bathroom. The beds were clean and comfortable. There is also AC in every room. There is an excellent service of wifi throughout the property and cable tv so lots of choice of channels to choose from. The pool is a good size and there is also a snooker table and tennis court next door so bring your rackets if you want to play. The owner was lovely and dealt with any issue that came up as best as he could. He also filled the fridge with bottles of water, a watermelon and apples and a bottle of bubbles. The villa is also a 5 min drive from a fantastic restaurant called Sentiero by the Sea where you get to watch the amazing sunset.

The pool was nice, small but fine for the two of us. Air conditioning was good and needed as it was very hot

I love Peyia, I love the scenic views and the quirky little streets and restaurants. It's very peaceful here - we live at the other side of the island in Protaras which is very touristy in the summer - Peyia just feels very calm and quiet and peaceful! Recommend eating at The Old Cinema.

Nice, small and quiet village, enough good beaches, some restaurant on the hill and at the beaches - totally recommend "Grand cafe bar restaurant" in the center and Elisaveta Restaurant at the main road by the sea!
Not very entertaining holiday place, but it was sth i was looking for. Nice to chill in peace and forget about other people ;-)
Stunning view from the top of the village! Definitely rent a car.

Although Peyia is quite a steep walk up in to the village, it offers some good bars and Restaurants, The Old Cinema Cypriot Tavern at the top of the village and also Cousins bar but recommend booking as Cousins is not a very big establishment but very popular. Phillipos at the top of the village behind the Church is the place to shop if you are Self Catering, they have just about anything you wish for at reasonable prices.
A huge lettuce for example only cost 40 cents and they are fresh like all the rest of their produce. There is also a bakery that sells fantastic bread and all type of scrumptious cakes.
Go and try, you won't be disappointed.

It's close to most amenities, however I would recommend you hire a car. The restaurants in the village are lovely and there is a great choice in the area. From the apartment you can walk up the hill to Savvas Grill and that is a very nice restaurant. Means everyone can have a drink. You can walk to the village but it is quite a steep hill and fine for the young and energetic. It's not far from Coral bay beach which is lovely but again you do need a car. We had a car but I'm told the buses from Coral bay to Paphos are very good and cheap.

Rent a car!
Rent a car! Peyia is on a hill walking to shops and bars is an option if you are fit and don't mind walking up and down hills, there is a bus service.
Peyia is a quieter than Coral Bay.
Walking distance - Jail Bar is friendly. The Brewery, Harris Bar, Wood & Good, The Old Cinema - do food and Drinks.
Nice view to the sea and village,
very clean inside, looked like new,
private parking,
We was in the winter (16th of february 2023) and it was warm inside even without starting the air conditioner, comparing with other Cyprus locations where we were freezing and needed to use the noisy A.C. at maximum all night.
Good wi-fi, smart TV with youtube and Netflix included.
Complete kitchen utilities provided. Oven included.
Everything at this hotel was perfect. From staff to facilities to absolutely everything. Loved how everything was built with a reason. A very well structured hotel. Konstantinos, the residence manager, was really a class. I was particularly impressed by him.
