Shopping and food is accessible. David Plaza is a great place for food in the basement and on the 10th and 11th floor.

He helped me since booking our tour to Lungmen until buying items that will be impossible to find in the city without his support! Very attencious and always concerned if we are fine! Food Food Food. That is what I love in Zhenzhou. Hula Tong soup, Dandan ( I do not know if I spelled that correctly but it is close. lol )noodles and so much more to try. Must visit Longmen Crottoes in Luoyang and try the food and the peony food in that area. Amazing

It is no different from many other Chinese cities. completely faceless. but it is new and there is a certain level of comfort. good museum of henan province. impressive statues of Chinese emperors. perhaps that's all. here one day is enough for viewing local attractions. maximum two. more waste of time.

is a pretty modern and big city with lots of malls and new buildings, although no one could at least understand english and I had to practice and learn a lot of new chinese words, people were really nice and try to helped us as much as they could
Everything about this hotel was fantastic. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was very polite and professional. The price was amazing for this hotel compare to other countries where it would be double the price per night. The have us free desserts and fruits when we arrive at the hotel. This is a great hotel to stay if your a foreigner staying in Zhengzhou since most budget hotel are only for mainland Chinese.
Everything. Especially the front desk and restaurant staff who were so welcoming, polite, courteous and very helpful, particularly as my luggage did not arrive at the airport, and they helped me get it back in 24 hours. Housekeeping is excellent, with room being cleaned by polite staff every day. I loved this hotel.
I visited the hotel after prior reservation during a business visit to the city. I came across a modern and clean hotel with a very kind and friendly staff. Our communication in English was a pleasant adventure. I recommend it, especially to people who will be happy to be in the heart of the city.
Miss Echo Niu from the reception was very friendly and professional. She helped me with train tickets and invoice issues. Thank you. Hotel was clean, well located. There is a swimming pool and quite well equipped gym.
Despite my best efforts, I was unable to find it, even after numerous attempts, including the following day. As a result, I made the decision to book another hotel through trip.com.

I booked an overnight stay here before heading to Dengfeng and found the hotel to be outstandingly clean, spacious and well equipped. I was also very impressed with the professional staff when I checked in.
