The staff was very nice and helpful to us. We enjoyed our time at the Horizon lounge and Evelyn was very professional and customer service oriented. The location was perfect, near to the Yiwu market.

Breakfast was good even for people like me who are fully vegetarian. Bad thing was everywhere smoking was permitted. Reception, Lift, Corridor were full of smoke. They were providing only one small water bottle of drinking water to each guest in 24 Hrs. Housekeeping was good inside of room. Best thing is it's location, very near to District 2 & 3. Mobiles charging points were not proper. They were asking extra charges for watching TV. I must appreciate Mr Charles who was on the reception with a smile and cooperative.

The rooms were amazing. Very high tech. Automatic curtains, luxurious linen. The shower has amazing push button controls that I quite enjoyed. The glass lift with an amazing outside view was spectacular. The hotel must've been recently upgraded, and no expense was spared in maikng it first class.

This is a great city, especially for expats, ( if you are feeling a little homesick). There are numerous restaurants offering international cuisine and in Yiwu, you will come to find a healthy mixture of people of different ethnicities.
It's a great city for shopping, as you will be sure to get quality items at very low prices!
My most favourite place to eat was the Sultan Turkish restaurant. The food was simply the best and the staff's English speaking ability is very good.

Beautiful city with nice weather all around the year. Although I was very busy in my short 5-day visit, I can see that there are many places to go in Yiwu (may be next time). I still managed to visit Sultan and Similar restaurants and coffee shops and in general the Yiwu city is more business/tourist friendly than Guangzhou for example. The permanent/continuous International trade fair/malls are well organized for visitors convenience (I wish public restrooms have better hygiene). Taxi fare rates are affordable.

Overall not bad.
I liked the location, central area close to the Yiwu market complex. Opposite several parkland areas which almost gave it a country setting in an otherwise concrete jungle. The in house restaurant was excellent for both breakfast and dinner specialising in seafood. If your looking for a reasonable cost hotel in Yiwu the Kaison is perfect.

The staff were very nice and most of the desk operators could speak English very well , and the staying been nice and cozy. About the hotel, its location is convenient and very close to the futian market and also near to the shangri le glory mall were you can find all what you want for a daily life needs.

everything is perfect , staff is amazing especially Mr.Benson and Mr.Shine from the front office: they are the perfect example of a proactive hospitable people who are always way beyond your best expectations. I’ve been coming to Yiwu for many years, and this time was really the best.
For a budget hotel, this is very convenient and staffed with friendly and helpful personnel. Breakfast spread is typically local but it's good enough to start the day. District 1 is just a few minutes walk away, through the underground passage.
