The service was excellent and staff were very helpful especially Adam, Tina, Hunter and Bella who assisted us in pointing us to the right locations for food and entertainment nearby. Adam was also helpful in securing tickets for the museum which was critical to get in time while Hunter was helpful with the Panda research tickets. Overall we felt both Tina and Bella provided personal service and was warm and welcoming.

Staff was the best service provider. They were not only courteous, so helpful and went out of their way to assist and meet our needs.
Location was very good for our planned trip ( non tour but self organised)
