The service was excellent and staff were very helpful especially Adam, Tina, Hunter and Bella who assisted us in pointing us to the right locations for food and entertainment nearby. Adam was also helpful in securing tickets for the museum which was critical to get in time while Hunter was helpful with the Panda research tickets. Overall we felt both Tina and Bella provided personal service and was warm and welcoming.

Wow what an amazing Honeymoon we had at this hotel. Our room was decorated with honeymoon extras and it was so thoughtful. There are a few extra options you at the hotel such as make your own incense sticks, there is a chinese tea shop, you can dress up and have Tibetan tea and there was also a signer you could watch on the bar area which was lovely. The staff were always warm with greetings and always willing to help. We love this hotel and hope to visit again in the future. It is located close to the subway, a mall and many restaurants are close by, with a fantastic Hot Pot restaurant over the road. The breakfast is one of the best i have experienced with so many options to chose from. Thank you to all the staff for an amazing stay.
