We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was very large, with views out to the water. We went into Pucon for dinner on two nights, and found the town to be a bit too crowded and crazy for us. So it was nice to have the peace at the hotel. The host also gave us some recommendations for hiking in the area.

We had a lovely ground floor room with an outdoor patio. The room was large, bed comfortable, there settee and chair so easy to enjoy the space and the bathroom was good. (Worth noting that here, as in other places in Chile, the toilet paper should go in the bin, not the toilet!)
The breakfasts were large and had various options to please most people. Dinners are available and there is a nearby restaurant recommended by the owners which was a delight, Arbol.
The staff are outstanding. Carolina and Julia in reception were fonts of knowledge and nothing was too much trouble. The owners, Elizabeth and Bernard, were very helpful and friendly.
There is a lovely pool on site, pool towels provided. There are also seven cabanas on the land, all privately sited and with lots of space around them.

Beach is nice and clean, sand is very rough though. Sandals or shoes are recommended to use. Water is bright and clear.

Great place to have an active and nature week. Climbing the volcano and hiking around the lakes of Huerquehue is a must do, but besides that there is enough to easily fill up a week. The town is quite touristic, giving also a lot of good food options.

A lovely spot but a culture shock after you have been in the wild areas of Patagonia. Very, very busy when we were there, parking is difficult. If you like fast food, plenty of noise and watching people you will love it. Personally I couldn't wait to get out
This is the best hostel I have stayed at in Chile. The kindness and warmth of the owners and workers go far beyond what is normally expected.
They have built and facilitate a wonderfully calm, friendly environment for travellers to meet, socialise and become friends.
The location itself is very secure, and the dogs are friendly too.
A fantastic place that I wholeheartedly recommend for anyone staying in Pucón.
On a big trip through Chile this was one of the best places we stayed at. The grounds are beautiful, the cabana is big and very nicely designed and appointed. The Cabana is very quiet and private. The hosts were wonderful. The kitchen was everything you need to make meals from the very close fruit and vegetable market. We enjoyed our 4 day stay.
Excelent location, very new to the Centro and near to the bus terminal... The manager is a great person.. considered all our request starting from early check-in to additional Tea-snacks.. without Hussle.. must recommend this hostal. Slightly experience comparing other hotel or hostal nearby... But surely a great location.
I wanst sure about this place at the start because they required pre check in and mailed me alot of stuff but i was really surprised over how good and clean the hostel is compering it to other hostels.
And the best part here is the sfuff, every one of them is super kind and helpfull with everithing. Eazy recommendation.
They organised a big christmas dinner with all the guests, it was amazing and I will never forget it.The hostel is very social but they are also respectful of ppl that need to be up early. Not a problem as it is near the lake so you can go there to carry on drinking / chatting. Best place to stay in Pucon.
This is one of the best places to stay in Chile. The room was great, the cooking facilities were excellent for self-catering, the wifi was fast, the breakfast was substantial, and, best of all, the hosts go out of their way to make you feel at home. I will definitely go back.
Beautiful location, only 20 minute walk for us from the centre of Pucon. Great to be in the middle of tree cover, very cosy. The air con kept the lodge warm even though it was freezing outside. Sufficiently stocked inside for a comfy stay.
