The staff were so helpful with sorting ski kit rental out for us and gave us lots of information about getting the shuttle bus to El Colorado. Comfy beds and hot water in showers. Cheap for the area

Right near the ski lifts, but a weird place feels like some crazy aunt rented out her house. Well heated for sure. Friendly but about 20% Hitchcock creepy. Overall, I'd say stay here but wouldn't do it alone.

We went to Farellones for a ski trip and snow was a bit disappointing, but we did enjoyed this little town tucked in the Andes, we ended up playing at the zipline park and hiking which was loads of fun. Getting up there we rented a car. It was an adventure especially when you are not used to narrow roads with sharp switchbacks (40 of them) it can be intimidating at first. Chains are required even if there is no snow and they do check so don't chance this get some. The town is quite nice but getting a table at a restaurant (either at Farellones or some of the hotels at ski resorts) was surprisingly difficult, word of advise do not procrastinate on your dinner plans, you might be disappointed if you don't reserve ahead.

Beautiful views of the Andes. The drive up is challenging. I am glad we had a driver. We were there in July, winter, but there wasn't much snow, unfortunately. Still very lovely. Extremely peaceful and quiet and a nice break from Santiago.
The chalet's location is breathtaking, offering a spectacular view and the convenience of being just a short stroll away from the Farellones snow park. The hosts are exceptional individuals who are always on hand for a friendly conversation and impeccable suggestions regarding the weather, skiing, and the area in general. Not to mention, they serve delicious food and wine. My personal highlight was definitely the outdoor hot tub.
Hostel Cordillera is one of the coolest hostels that I've ever stayed in. The location couldn't be better, as its right on the El Colorado lift which you can use to also access Parva and Valle. Its also within waling distance to the resturants and bars in Farellones. In addition, the host Pablo was beyond amazing and went above and beyond to help guests. I can't wait to return.

The hotel is a few meters far from Parques de Farellones and you can take the lift to El Colorado from the playground.
The dinner included in the price is very handful, there isn’t many restaurants in the area, and the food is very good!
Also, they offer transfers to the ski centers (El Colorado, La Parva, Valle Nevado)
the staff is awsome, friendly and very helpful. the view from the deck is superbe. the option to make a camp fire is very cool. kitchen have everything to cook. the place is very clean and confortable. Perfect to go skiing in Valle Nevado, La Parva, El Colorado or Farellones. 10/10
