This is how you run a hotel. Friendly helpful staff who you can tell enjoy working at this hotel. We were upgraded to a new room with balcony and incredible view of the town and surrounding mountains. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety Inc scrambled eggs and bacon. We stayed at Niederbauen room, and has a stunning view of the mountain and lake. The room is very spacious and clean, there is a balcony, sofa, and a spa bath. The pillow was too soft for me, but they have a pillow & duvet menu (yes, you read it right - PILLOW AND DUVET Menu!!), so you can request which pillow you preferred.
Staff is professional and friendly. The breakfast is pretty good. Highly recommend this accommodation!
