Super friendly staff who arranged for me to get my key and find my room even after arriving at midnight. Lovely clean room with everything you need, very quite, comfy beds. I forgot to bring an EU/Swiss adapter and they brought me a Swiss (very good power) hairdryer to use within minutes! Excellent all around!

Nothing, this is not a hotel, at best it’s a hostel with individual rooms. The bed was broken (the wooden slats under the mattress), the TV doesn’t work (there is no cable connection to any TV network) and the basin was clogged as a start. They put a message to say you can’t take long showers as that will set off the fire alarm. The furniture is all scuffed with the exposed wood under the fridge. There is no AC, some ancient fan in the corner.
We arrived with a dog and the hotel staff placed a cushion for the dog to sleep on and two bowls for food and water for it. That was lovely.
The breakfast at the hotel costs 20 CHF per person per day and has good value for money. The plate of meats and cheeses was very nice.
Very good dinner in the restaurant which clearly set itself a high standard in terms of menu and service.
Location was very pretty with views over the lake and a park around the hotel.
Drive to Zurich airport the following morning was straightforward
Stay and breakfast ideal and having stayed at this hotel over a number of times now it never fails. Whilst a little outside of Zurich for anyone needing to be in Zurich trains are easy and you can get into the Centre in 20 minutes max.
Extremely clean, better than 5-star hotels by far. Lots of rooms, beds. Perfect location. Do not forget to pack your swimsuit; there is a little island nearby, accessible through an overpass,where you can get into water and swim.
Excellent location, amazing staff, good breakfast and above all the room 301 has a balcony with superb view. Just few steps from the train station Wädenswil that offers multiple direct connections to the Zürich HB.
Location is great. The Hotel is not so big but It is convenient to travel because it is near Train & Bus station, restaurant and Supermarket. Price is reasonable with city and lake view. I recommend this hotel
Location: close to the local Wadenswil train station but it is outside the central zones so be prepared to pay more in train cost to get to the city centre. I will stay around Thalwil or Horgen next time.

Very charming hôtel with very nice view on Zürich Lake. This place is a jewell. The terrasse is really nice and the green surrounding makes it peaceful and quiet.
Hotel/ Guest House is very nice, good for family, it's ambiance is awesome. We enjoyed a lot, only one thing was responce 0%, this only very bad thing.
