Easy to find, right by the train station - great location, and as a business hotel it does exactly what it should. The lobby is nice and welcoming, so is the team.
In the middle of winter, Villigen is VERY quiet. I arrived on a Sunday four days after New Years, and there was no restaurant open in town. I walked for 40 min to have dinner at a Kebab place in a gas station two towns away.

Some lovely potential for hikes in the immediate area. Only had a small opportunity to sample one but really enjoyed it. Good local village life and friendly people but be aware everything is shut on Mondays.
