Great location, available all needed equipment and supplies, very friendly and helpful owner. I must mention the best level of spoken English among all other owners that we have chance to meet. The apartment is furnished and decorated with a style. Big rooms and brand new furniture. The bathroom is separated from toilet room - very useful when travelling with friends.

Very clean room. It looks like a new building. The room was half underground so it was cool. There's a fan which was really wonderful as you could not open the window whose screen had a big gap under it. Breakfast was also wonderful with lunch meat and cheese, juice, many kinds of fruit, yogurt. It was only 12 minutes by car to Zurich airport. There are 3 grocery stores nearby, 5 minutes walk. Thank you booking.com and Dihei! It was wonderful.

Super friendly staff who arranged for me to get my key and find my room even after arriving at midnight. Lovely clean room with everything you need, very quite, comfy beds. I forgot to bring an EU/Swiss adapter and they brought me a Swiss (very good power) hairdryer to use within minutes! Excellent all around!

Value of money , the best location next to train station but after 10 pm they close the reception
Breakfast is very good , in fact is amazing
The cleanness while room service is poor , towels being kept in floor to be changed for four days of our stay and they don’t replace it
Overall , I would come again if they changed their cleaning service controls
we didn't bother with breakfast-we met up with family living in uster and had cafe lunches
we like the location-enjoy roaming the shops
room has a good size balcony we enjoy watching the roofscapes and storks-mountain view in the far distance
We have used this hotel in the past and it meets our requirements when visiting the area, convenient to train, bus and air
travel. The staff have remained a constant offering assistance when required.
The hotel is nice and clean. Breakfast is very good. Location is perfect, five minutes walk from the train station and close to good restaurants. A very positive experience.
