It was an amazing stay. The room, the facilities, the breakfast, the service, everything was great. But most importantly, the staff here have such a kind heart. My family and I were in a very difficult situation when we arrived at the hotel late night because of the disruptions in our travel. The two gentlemen at the front desk were very helpful and supportive and went extra mile to help us, even though they don’t have to. They saved my day, big credit to them. To those who are considering this place, rest assured you will be in good hands as the staff here are truly kind and want people to have the best time.

The location was great, about 10-15 mins from Interlaken West and Interlaken Ost stations.
The room was very cosy and clean, and had a private bathroom and balcony which was very nice.
We were on the top floor so it was quiet in terms of noise from other people and from outside (we couldn't hear the buses etc from the top floor).
There is access to a small kitchen so you would also be able to cook if you wanted to.
It is not as outrageously priced as other places in Interlaken so being able to book this more affordable accommodation actually made it possible for us to visit this beautiful place. It was better than what we had expected considering the much cheaper price compared to other places nearby.
It has very relaxing surroundings. Cows bells and birds sounds are like background music in a spa. Sundlaenen is just 5-7 minutes drive to interlaken and 20 minutes drive to beautiful Thun. Lake Brienz and lake Thun are there to offer their best within a stone's throw.
