The location is good, there are supermarkets near the hotel. The stuff are friendly and helpful. The room is perfect, just as the photos they posted! The location was great, about 10-15 mins from Interlaken West and Interlaken Ost stations. The room was very cosy and clean, and had a private bathroom and balcony which was very nice. We were on the top floor so it was quiet in terms of noise from other people and from outside (we couldn't hear the buses etc from the top floor). There is access to a small kitchen so you would also be able to cook if you wanted to. It is not as outrageously priced as other places in Interlaken so being able to book this more affordable accommodation actually made it possible for us to visit this beautiful place. It was better than what we had expected considering the much cheaper price compared to other places nearby.
