The staff were really friendly and very helpful it was a convenient 10 minute walk to the station and to the city centre. Rooms were clean, bed comfortable. The outside patio area at the back was a nice place to sit although no views.

Excellent location. Easy walk from/to the train station and the old town, river and restaurants. If arriving and / or departing by rail the location couldn't be better. Service at check-in was excellent as was the service in the restaurant at breakfast. The rooms aren't huge and the window in the river view room quite small, but a very comfortable bed and very quiet. Would definitely stay here again

The area of Rumlang we were in is convenient to the airport. I enjoyed exploring the lovely walking and biking trails near our hotel and found a few geocaches along the way. My favorite spot was the tree-lined dirt lane that runs along the northeast side of the creek off of Klotenerstrasse. The area is also known for having its very own Golden Gate Bridge! We ate at McDonalds, adjacent to the Radisson, and shopped at the Aldi Suisse (across from hour hotel) for snacks and beer.

Great place close to the airport. Was able to walk along the river with my service dog before my departure. Beautiful nature despite being right be the airport! Intercity Hotel was great, all easy, clean and friendly!

I read other reviews. Some people are saying they had to pay for the shuttle bus. I had a rented car which I returned to the airport the evening before I left Zurich. I was able to take the shuttle back to the hotel for free. I had an appointment to return to the airport in the morning for my flight, owhich was also free and easy. I don't know why anyone had to pay. The staff made the process easy.

Rumlang is reasonably close to both, the airport and the Hauptbahnhof - the main railway station. It scores on this the most. However, it does not have many eating-out spots, and it is best advised to go to the main railway station and then eat out there.

A tidy town that has nothing open after lunch on Saturday until Monday. And, that’s right, we were there on Sunday. We therefore enjoyed MacDonalds and Subway. Very disappointed that there was nothing Swiss to have.

Convenient to the airport and 2 good italian restaurants within walking distance of the hotels prior to departure or evening meal. Also has Maccas and a few other fast food outlets close by plus Aldi for a few departure beers, chips, nuts and purchase of forgotten travel items. Most hotels are Very close to the station of Rumlang for trips to the city of Zurich and great place to be for catching a train to Zurich Hauptbahnhof for connections to the train network of Switzerland .
The hotel is modern and pleasant to the eye. The sound insulation was very good, I could see the airplanes at Zürich airport, but didn't hear them and slept very well. I had a room on the airport side and thus was overlooking the green belt and the Glatt river which was very nice, with the airport as a backdrop. This time, I do not have to give a bad review of the staff, because none of those people were present. Victor did a good job during check-in and the lady on check-out was also nice and efficient.

I really liked the decor, especially the elegant black and white photographs of Zürich. Very clean, quiet, stylish rooms and lovely beds. All in all, this hotel was a nice surprise! I had an early flight and that is why I chose to stay near the airport. I was also very happy with the service and friendliness at the front desk.
Cool Design concept but already quiet old and not very good maintained. Room was very dusty and cold and some facilities may should be renewed. overall a good hotel, but as it is a Radisson, I was awaiting higher standards. Same with breakfast, basic continental, all standard supplies are there but only in a basic quality.
Great location close to the trainstation. Comfortable room for the super price we paid. One night due to early flight from Zurich airport. Airport shuttle bookable for CH 10 per person. Breakfast not available before we needed to leave. Tip.. Evening meal at the Romantica Ristorante in Rumlang.
Near the hotel with paid shuttle (free from airport to hotel, but paid for the return). Staff were helpful. Walking distance to the train to the city. The hotel has a modern, art deco feel. Not luxurious, but quite comfortable. I loved the room. It was large and comfy.

Great location for people travelling via Zurich Airport. Also, really convenient for tourists coming from Zurich HB via train as there is nearby train station from Holiday Inn. Furthermore, food was excellent as their was good variety.
Close to the airport with a bus stop right outside that has a bus every 30 min that goes to the airport. Rümlang is about a 10 min walk away if you want to go into Zürich. Some grocery stories and places to eat are also close by.
This hotel is fairly convenient to the airport though you have to catch the bus at the right time. The room felt clean and was small but just what we needed for a one night stay. The gas station next door had good pastries.
The location of the hotel was convenient. We arrived from the airport by bus, and then left the hotel via train. All within less than a 10 minute walk (easy enough even with heavy luggage). Hotel as lovely.
Friendly and helpful staff, the hotel is also pet friendly and offered a correctly-sized family room at a convenient location near Zurich airport. Parking at an additonal CHF 15 is quite reasonable.
We had a great stay at Intercity Zurich airport. There is a bus service right outside off the hotel that puts you at the airport in about 10 mins so was very convenient.
