The staff were really friendly and very helpful it was a convenient 10 minute walk to the station and to the city centre. Rooms were clean, bed comfortable. The outside patio area at the back was a nice place to sit although no views.
The Central Plaza Hotel is situated right at Zurich's Central Square next to the main railway station. Guests enjoy free WiFi and complimentary access to the gym next door.

The area of Rumlang we were in is convenient to the airport. I enjoyed exploring the lovely walking and biking trails near our hotel and found a few geocaches along the way. My favorite spot was the tree-lined dirt lane that runs along the northeast side of the creek off of Klotenerstrasse. The area is also known for having its very own Golden Gate Bridge! We ate at McDonalds, adjacent to the Radisson, and shopped at the Aldi Suisse (across from hour hotel) for snacks and beer.

Great place close to the airport. Was able to walk along the river with my service dog before my departure. Beautiful nature despite being right be the airport! Intercity Hotel was great, all easy, clean and friendly!

I read other reviews. Some people are saying they had to pay for the shuttle bus. I had a rented car which I returned to the airport the evening before I left Zurich. I was able to take the shuttle back to the hotel for free. I had an appointment to return to the airport in the morning for my flight, owhich was also free and easy. I don't know why anyone had to pay. The staff made the process easy.

Rumlang is reasonably close to both, the airport and the Hauptbahnhof - the main railway station. It scores on this the most. However, it does not have many eating-out spots, and it is best advised to go to the main railway station and then eat out there.

A tidy town that has nothing open after lunch on Saturday until Monday. And, that’s right, we were there on Sunday. We therefore enjoyed MacDonalds and Subway. Very disappointed that there was nothing Swiss to have.

Convenient to the airport and 2 good italian restaurants within walking distance of the hotels prior to departure or evening meal. Also has Maccas and a few other fast food outlets close by plus Aldi for a few departure beers, chips, nuts and purchase of forgotten travel items. Most hotels are Very close to the station of Rumlang for trips to the city of Zurich and great place to be for catching a train to Zurich Hauptbahnhof for connections to the train network of Switzerland .
The room was very clean and modern, the bed quite comfortable and the shower was amazing. The front counter staff were friendly and efficient and went "above and beyond" to accommodate our requests. The shuttles to and from the airport were convenient and a good value. And the breakfast buffet was, hands down, the best hotel breakfast buffet we have ever experienced. A wide variety of hot and cold offerings were available and constantly being restocked during breakfast hours.
We could have a late check-in without hassle with a key box outside the hotel, and could even park the car in a secure place. The staff was proactive and professional. A person was causing trouble outside the hotel, banging the door and shouting from 23:00 to 0:45 (while the reception was closed), keeping everyone awake. The staff sent someone as soon as they were made aware of the issue, and we even got compensated for our troubles without asking (free parking).
Jet Hotel was exactly what I was looking for. I arrived from Zurich airport by public transport, found the entrance easily. Checking in was quick and straight forward. I was positively surprised when I entered the room. It's stylish and thought through, including a bookshelf with books to read. The breakfast was very good and I loved having free access to the coffee machine during my whole stay.
Had a late flight from UK to Zurich so wanted a hotel for one night before the next leg of our trip. Emailed the hotel the day before and booked the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel 6CHF each and arrived perfection on time - paid at hotel. Spotless room, quiet with good air con. Breakfast was a good choice of continental as well as some hot options. Excellent value.
Great location! Very close to Rumlang train & bus station and quite close to the airport as well. Per night rent is quite reasonable. 24 hours coffee service, spacious dining area with an open space and an in-room refrigerator were also some of the positive features of this hotel. The hotel staff is friendly and cooperative.
Recently built airport hotel for Zurich. The communication with the hotel on arranging a transfer was good, the staff helpful and a reasonable packed breakfast was supplied as my early morning departure was before breakfast was served. Not a location for a break but as an airport hotel it was perfect.
I was in need of a hotel in Rümlang, close to the airport and the train station. For that it was a good choice. Fast food chains and supermarkets are just around the corner and the price was reasonable for Zürich.
In my room I heard absolutely nothing from the airport nearby.
The room is clean, the hotel is quiet, staff is amazing and very helpful. There's a shuttle bus provided from the airport to the hotel for guests and the timing is on schedule. Overall good value for money. Would definitely recommend to friends traveling to zürich.
This hotel is fairly convenient to the airport though you have to catch the bus at the right time. The room felt clean and was small but just what we needed for a one night stay. The gas station next door had good pastries.
The lobby area was very relaxing. The airport shuttle arrangement was easy. It was only a 10 minute ride from the hotel to the airport. The staff was prompt in filling our request for extra pillows.
