The hotel has free parking. The restaurant and bar are great. The meals are good and priced not too expensive. The neighbourhood is very Swiss and the shop across the road from the hotel is very convenient.

Room exceeded our expectations. There was a separate room for our teenager companion; location was the best- it was very near the places we wanted to visit and walking distance to the paragliding area. the breakfast was just right and very good,

There is an elevator in the building which is very useful. At night, the town is very quiet so can sleep comfy. The room and the bathroom were clean. Hot water in shower and sink which is needed when is cold outside. The sheets were confortable. The transportation, which is offered for free by the hotel, was very organized and takes you to Interlaken in 6 minutes. Transportation is usually every 30 minutes but it makes it even easier if you check the schedules in the SBB Mobile app, the buses and trains always arrive and depart at the times shown on the app, that makes the whole experience stress-free. The bus station is very close to the hotel and the hotel is located in the main street so it’s easy to get there in a couple of minutes even with your luggage.

Ringgenberg seemed like a silent town away from nestled interlaken with serene river side and views to the mount. I would love to visit again for exploring castle, lake around. This time it was just a place to crash with too high plan outside the town always.

The place is awesome, is near by a very beautiful blue lake. You can also take boats to explore the region or the train/bus to go to the Interlaken city and from there to go to the Jungfraujoch region.
In Jungfraujoch region you have many traveling options. To the Jungfraujoch plateau 3471 m, Grindelwald and Grindelwald-First (adventure park), Lauterbrunnen (which means many falls and is the place where Tolkien was inspired for the Lord of the rings story and more.

Me and my husband stayed there for 5 days and we had wonderful time. Tania and her husband were so nice and humble. The hotel got a beautiful lake just in front, you can enjoy your day with a decent breakfast with this amazing view. The neighbourhood was perfect, it takes only 3 mins to go to Interlaken by train.
They even packed a breakfast for us on our last day since we needed to leave early. Highly recommend ❤️

We stayed 7 nights here. This hotel is a 10! Friendly staff, very clean and comfortable room. We booked a lakefront unit and it was well worth the money. The view was awesome! The hotel location can be easily reached by bus or train. It's a 4-minute easy walk.

The location of the hotel is very good.
The location of the hotel is very good. With a free bus (2 every hour) in a few minutes you are in the downton Interlaken and at the train station.
The room is cleaned daily and you will receive 2 small bottles of water and 2 coffe capsule.
Beds could be more comfortable and the Wifi more reliable.
It's probably the best location for the price you pay
We enjoyed very much our stay in this charming hotel. The location is fantastic with stunning lake views and very near Interlaken. The room was confortable and the balcony had such an amazing view of lake Brienz. We arrived a bit late in the evening but the out of hours check in was simple and it all went very smoothly. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. We'll be returning for sure!
The hotel is right across the train station, but you have to walk around the track to arrive to it. Definitely choose the further but big road (Google Maps gave me the shortcut, and it took a toll on my suitcase). The hosts were nice, and the room was clean and quiet. There is a fan in the room in case it gets hot during summer. It is a great alternative if you travel to Interlaken.
It was just like being at home. All the facilities we needed, everything worked perfectly, and was easy to find and operate. And after many apartments with dim lighting it was lovely to have perfect lighting . Of course it's not a hotel but we found it far more comfortable. And yes the car park is a little tight so do be careful especially if you arrive at night like we did
I liked everything about this place location, ambiance, breakfast buffet, friendly staff, cleanliness! Nice balcony room with view of the lake and mountains. It was easily accessible from the Interlaken East train station by bus. It was the quintessential small Swiss hotel; comfortable well run with good food for breakfast.
The location, the hosts & the room size were good. It is an old hotel which has it's own charm. Free car parking throughout the duration of the stay. The guest card provided by the hotel allows the guests to travel in & around the Interlaken city for free in the public transport.
This hotel was incredible! The view from the breakfast area/balcony was absolutely jaw dropping. The staff gave us a free bus card that got us on and off the buses (that stopped close to the hotel) which was extremely helpful for navigating Interlaken. 10/10!

A little slice of heaven ~ Absolutely stunning location right on the lake. A family owned and operated hotel. Staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Spoke with the owner on multiple occasions he was very friendly.
Marco was super helpful in receiving us and dropping us back in Ringgenberg bus stop so we could avoid steep walk with luggages.
The Apartment we booked had a great view and was very comfortable with options to cook.

Free bus pass is provided the hotel and very near to the bus stop... Very easy to reach Interlaken Ost and West stations... Ringgenberg also has a ferry stop if you are taking the boat cruise for Lake Brienz....
The hotel is just outside Interlaken but there is a great bus service which runs frequently, the view from the terrace over looking the lake is great whilst eating a good breakfast.
