Super friendly staff who arranged for me to get my key and find my room even after arriving at midnight. Lovely clean room with everything you need, very quite, comfy beds. I forgot to bring an EU/Swiss adapter and they brought me a Swiss (very good power) hairdryer to use within minutes! Excellent all around!

Lovely room with lake view. Comfortable bed and really quiet at night. Excellent breakfast with good coffee that gets served to you at the table, no general coffee machine. The staff were very friendly and were flexible with giving some of our group an early packed breakfast on the Sunday morning before the allotted breakfast start time.

We traveled by car but just a minute walk to the bus stop one can travel very easy to any where in Switzerland. Zurich is our favorite big town. Monchaltorf is a smallish village about 20 minutes from Zurich very near country side in what they call Zurich Oberland a short distance to the Toggenburg area with the Mount Santis nearby and our favorite area opposite the 7 Mountains of the Churfirsten. Monchaltorf is also ver close to some great shopping in Uster, Zurich etc.
