It was an amazing stay. The room, the facilities, the breakfast, the service, everything was great. But most importantly, the staff here have such a kind heart. My family and I were in a very difficult situation when we arrived at the hotel late night because of the disruptions in our travel. The two gentlemen at the front desk were very helpful and supportive and went extra mile to help us, even though they don’t have to. They saved my day, big credit to them. Perfectly located for a stay in Interlaken. Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking directly outside the hotel. Excellent freshly cooked eggs available for breakfast. Unfortunately the bar is no longer available but there are plenty available nearby. Would recommend checking/requesting ground floor if mobility is an issue - lots of stairs!
