I had a wonderful 2-night, 3-day stay at the Grand Hotel Des Bains in the heart of the St Maurice mountains. Such an idyllic setting and the hotel was so conveniently adjacent. Hotel price per night included all-day access to the spa form early morning til 9pm and a fabulous buffet in an Exquitie breakfast room. Fairytale-ish. Swiss Disneyand !! I loved it !! PS: And so easily accessible by public transport from Geneva . And best price when you travel with Billets dégriffés ! Voilà !!

The staff service was exceptional, Manu on the front desk was amazing, she was kind, informative and provided us with excellent service throughout our stay! André in the hotel restaurant was also great, he was very understanding and kind. André provided excellent service and catered to our dietary requirements. The staff at The Grand Hotel really contributed to making our trip excellent. The spa was clean, the location was great and the rooms were very nice. The stay was better than what we had expected.
Great location and facilities with the wellness area. Very quiet room. Fabulous buffet. But better book the buffet in advance ie before arriving at the hotel, as it is always full.
To improve : just 1 toilet for 4 people in the executive suite and no sink in the toilet (had to go to the bathroom the other way round to wash hands).
Loved out stay here. Hotel staff are on point. I asked for birthday flowers to be placed in our room and we found that a treat from the kitchen was included as well.
Great value if you’re planning to visit the thermal pool during your stay as the entrance is free for hotel guests.
