The property is very well maintained and in a beautiful surrounding. We had grand deluxe rooms which were spacious and with comfortable beds. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and with the choice of 2 restaurants we could sample different cooked dishes.

As I had injured my foot, we were offered a room in the castle to save me walking so far for meals etc. our room was spacious with a balcony and superb view.
The staff were very obliging, friendly and happy - we felt very at home here.

The place is in the middle of the mountains, a place worth visiting due being Heidi village and neer her house, if you want to visit real Switzerland you must stop there.
The BnB was easy to find and it was easy to park close to it.
The host was very nice and helpful, she gave us all the necessary informations.
The room was clean and confortable. We enjoy the various equipments of the room.
It was very calm and a lovely location with the water stream behind the hotel.

The property was as expected for a pod-type hotel that is not traditionally staffed. It was clean and updated. The breakfast selections were enough for a good start to the day. The location was VERY convenient next to the train station.
The hotel is in a convenient location to explore Heidiland. The rooms and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and the beds were particularly comfortable.
The owner was very attentive and arranged everything for us to have a very nice stay.
The hotel is right next to the train station. I was a little worried about the noise, but the windows are very well sealed.
Breakfast was good (cold buffet). Coffee and tea available 24/7.
