Guests are given free train passes for the duration of their stay. The station is 4 minutes walk from the hotel if you exit through the breakfast terrace. Trains into the centre of Lucerne are every 15 mins and the journey takes 4 minutes - brilliant

Hotel is walkable distance from the train station about 10 minutes. The hotel can be reach on restaurant side.
The Ibis Luzern-Kriens offers a quiet yet central location at the foot of Mount Pilatus, next to the A2 motorway and only a few minutes away from Lucerne.
Kehrsiten is a very small village. Seebaumen Hotel is located at the end of a 3km very narrow road, which leads to private houses. This is not a route you do easily everyday, especially if you have big car. You have very few alternatives except hiking and exploring the nature around the hotel. It is a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature.

It is a great secluded area located very close to Lucerne.
It is a great secluded area located very close to Lucerne. It’s perfect for hiking and sightseeing. I also recommend taking the Golden Round Tour to go up to the top of Mount Pilatus. There is a limited selection of restaurants however since Lucerne is only 20 minutes away by boat, there are plenty of better options there instead.
The only thing to note is that the boat to Lucerne do not go as often, only 4 trips a day (to Kehrsiten-Dorf) and the last boat leaving Lucerne goes 16.38. You can however take the boat to Kehrsiten-Bürgenstock instead which runs every hour until 23.15. But this stop is about 2km walk away from Kehrsiten.
The property set up is one of finest experience in switzerland, with narrow road driving as an added experience.
Most serene property with spacious room and well built kitchenette , most unique is the restaurant where music and people enjoy the evenings to the max... sunsets from here are just eye poppers.
Nearby excursions are world famous hotel burgenstock and tallest elevator Hammetschwand and boat to lucerne and back..
One of finest stay ever.
The room was very small and there were two separate beds (which were very nice). As the room, the bathroom and toilets were clean. If you want to stay here, you will do it especially for the amazing view and location. The lake is wonderful and beautiful, you can walk very close and the village is also very nice. A restaurant 10 minutes walk is very good and the people from the hotel and restaurant speak English.
The hotel is located on the lake and has wonderful view. It is a small family run hotel. It is perfect for guests who like hiking and walking in nature. The road to arrive to the hotel is very narrow and difficult to do it with a big car, like a SUV. Breakfast was very good with homemade and local products.

You can take the boat if you want to the city of Luzern and come back very late.
