Martin is the best host I have ever seen. Although it was not included, he left snacks, breakfast and a bottle of wine in the refrigerator for us, which was extremely thoughtful and polite. The village where the house is located is very beautiful. It is close to the town of Thun. The general cleanliness of the house was great. The communication of the owner was very good. Wonderful position just in front of the lake. Room really spacious with a large bathroom. Good convention with a covered parking right outside the main entrance of the hotel. Confortable lift inside the hotel. Ladies at the reception really kind for any request.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was very large, same as bathroom. We had a fantastic view on the lake and a second side balcony with the view on the village. Breakfast was decent. We also had a nice dinner at hotel restaurant. Having only 2 floors, the hotel has an elevator. Also, they have a covered free parking for hotel guests and an electric charger for electric cars. We arrived with an electric car and it was so good to get it charged by the hotel because the nearest electric charger was far away.

The hotel is in the most perfect location for a fantastic view of Lake Thun and the mountains surrounding it. All the staff are extremely friendly and spoke good English. A very traditional Swiss hotel with balconies to many of the rooms. I highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was standard swiss from old days but when they heard that i can not eat what they offer, they brought for me special food. the room is very standard but the views from the balcony with the lake Thune and the Alps in front with the snow on their tops, compensated all other faults in the room. I was astonished how every hour the view changed. the atmosphere of the place , the clear air and the friendly hosts made the stay very pleasant. We recommend the place if you don't expect luxery hotel
recommend you to make a reservation here, because the view is stunning from the rooms. The hotel staff is very nice and helpful. The restaurant of the hotel is currently closed, but you really not that far away from foodstores and other dinning options. They lock the front entrance around 10 pm but they gave you a key to the main door, with your room key.
The location is wonderful with views of the Swiss Alps and the Lake of Thun on a clear day. The staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good as are the meals served in the restaurant. We had a balcony where we could relax on comfortable chairs. The hotel has an outdoor terrace too. There is also a lift.
