This is a stunning location, a beautiful home with sumptious views across Lake Neuchatel. The best part of our experience was the kindness, helpfulness and availability of our wonderful hosts Pascale and Salua along with their adorable pets Eko and Neo. We were given brilliant suggestions on where to go and visit with precise coordinates to make it easier. We found the atmosphere convivial and relaxed at all times.

We were en route from Portugal to Austria and the hotel was an ideal stopping off place. Everything was so simple and easy. Nice room, good staff, absolutely fit for purpose. If we had not be rushing through we could easily have spent a second night. The Italian restaurant in the complex was very good, and even the Mc Donald’s looked nicely set up and inviting, anything but a fast food franchise (with the negatives than can imply). We slept well, felt good about the security of the parking. Great stay!
Nice room, good and sufficient breakfast. Possibility to have dinner in various shops below the hotel. Velos can be locked in a separate room.
If you arrive by velo, there is only a small path to the hotel as it is directly on the motorway. The receptionist has been outstanding helpful to guide us to the hotel.
Although the hotel decor has an "older" look, it was clean and cozy, with nice local ambiance and perfect location. Staff was very kind. Easy check-in. Kids loved exploring the space. Perfectly fine breakfast. Good value for money.
Very convenient for a stopover on a long drive through Europe. Hotel is at a highway rest stop. Nice countryside views. Good room, easy check-in. Of course free parking. Price is good for Switzerland.
Everything went very well. Great service from friendly staff and the front office was excellent in fulfilling all my requests. Had an awesome experience with my family in the hotel campus.
Very good breakfast.
Nice and helpful staff.
Nicely renovated hotel.
The owner tried to find us a cooler room as our room was extremely hot due to 35degC outside on that day.
It's a real nice hotel, has all the qualities of a traditional hotel, very welcoming and helpful staff. Very well run. I liked it from the outset and stayed an extra night.
