Hotel Anker was great! Very comfy room, bedding and bathroom. Breakfast was top notch and restaurant also very good. Staff were exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. Location of the hotel is perfect for Lucerne with the old town an easy 10 minute walk.

Hotel is right next to promenade. Perfectly located. Staff was amazing especially Marianna. We were with a toddler and she was extremely helpful.
